What we believe
We work for the buyer
Every engagement is on the buy-side. We never list, we never carry inventory, we never accept a seller-paid retainer. The fixed advisory fee from the client is the foundation of independence.
Paraguay is a frontier market
It is not Spain, Portugal or Mexico. There is no MLS, title records are paper-backed, escrow conventions are different, and the residency-by-property pathway changed materially in 2026 with the new Investor Pass. A serious advisor maps these specifics for each transaction.
Discretion is operational
Confidentiality is a contract obligation, not a value statement. We do not publish listings, transaction values, client identities or photographs. Case studies are released only with written consent and are anonymised by default.
Compounded reputation
Move Paraguay has been answering Paraguay-relocation questions in public, in writing, since 2024. Every published guide is signed and archived. Reputation is not a marketing claim — it is the public record.

Homes Paraguay operates as an independent buy-side advisor. We are paid by the client through a fixed engagement fee, with a disclosed referral split from our partner agent on closed transactions. Property closings are executed by the partner agent and notary on record. Any questions about our model are welcomed in our intake call.
